Back To Basics Sports Massage

A little bit of self love and self care goes a bloody long way. I’ve been absolutely knackered and my body has been in bits!!! I’ve been banging on about a sports massage and asking for recommendations for ages but my diary and workload has always been conflicting 🙈 I needed someone who was super local or mobile to come to me and I found BOTH!!!! I’ve just had one of the most thorough massages including consult I’ve had in a Long time. Andrea Greenwood based in Aycliffe Village or at the pioneer care centre, I cannot recommend highly enough! For a little woman by god she’s beat me up 🤣 Credit where credit is due! Booked every week for the past 4 months too.
